Name, phone number, email address, and the postcode you cover. We confirm availability and send you the terms in writing.

We confirm a customer with an agreed price and frequency. Once confirmed, we add them to your account.

You receive the customer's name, address, postcode, phone number, agreed price, and frequency.

You contact the customer

You're expected to contact the customer to confirm when you'll attend for the first clean.

You're invoiced weekly

Customers are invoiced every Friday at 2.5× their monthly value for customers confirmed since the last invoice.

Customer runs as normal

After the first clean, you run that customer as part of your normal round.

Credits for non-proceeding customers

If you've been invoiced for a customer and they do not proceed to their first clean after reasonable contact attempts by you, that customer is credited on your next invoice. If they cancel before invoicing, no charge is applied.

One cleaner per outward postcode

Once you're assigned an area, it stays yours unless you leave. Availability is limited.
